Save People from the Menace of Stray Dogs

Stray dogs are a menace these days, in any street we go. There have been frequent cases of people being chased by them and some rare cases when they’ve attacked people, especiall kids. Not just a source of infections and diseases, street dogs are a nuisance when they decide to howl for no apparent reason in the middle of the night or chase you down the road in broad daylight. Please sign this petition, thereb, requesting the Municipal Corporations of every city to control the menace of stray dogs, neuter them, catch and kill the mad ones which can't be treated, etc.
