Requesting on-time IT refunds

Government proposed and deployed Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) scheme very promptly, when it came to collecting taxes. They ensured taxes of all salaried people are cut even before they person received his salary. But when it comes to refunding extra taxs paid/cut by some oversight, IT department has a long way to go. Many a times clerks hold back refund cheques fo rwant of bride. But most of the times the processing itself takes so long that the person starts losing faith in the system.

This petition is to appeal the IT Department to streamline their processes so as not just to make life easy for those who live by the rule book and pay their dues in time, well in advance, but to also make them feel good about dealing with the IT Deparment.
