The premises under which the MOU and subsequently the lease deed were executed by GDA (the “Lessor”) with Shipra Estates Limited (Shipra/the “Lessee”) were to provide for low rise,low density full fledged society with all the amenities to its ‘would be inhabitants/investors’ at Shipra Suncity(a joint venture of Ghaziabad Development Authority and Shipra Estates Ltd),Indirapuram,Ghaziabad-201014,

Post occupancy of residents but before the Completion Certificate being issued to the builder,the portion of that JV has been disposed off to a third party(SAYA) without obtaining NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE which is noW going to construct a 30+ floors over the land where initial permission was only of 14 floors,without obtaining permission from its owners(stakeholders of common area).
