Fraud job consultancy in pune

Dear sir,
I am Praveen pursuing PG. I came to Pune by sept 2014 for job searching.
Attended many interview but not getting selected. On march 23 2015 I registered in Arnav global services Pvt ltd in Pune with registration amount of 1000/- which is refundable. they told me before 3 months you will get selected in any of the IT company, for that they take first month salary, else they refund 1000/- registration amount.

On 18 April 2015 I joined in open view technologies for desktop support trainee vendor through job. So I waited for permanent job. Arnav global services are not provide any call, interviews. Finally on 25 June 2015 I went to collect refundable amount. That time Dnyaneshwar wagh encouraged me to join MNC with 2.4Lakh per annum without any interview,means someone are there who take care of selection process with money. For that Dnyaneshwar wagh ask 50000 rupees. I refused to do this kind of job process. He again and again forces me to join. I even don't have such huge amount. He again forcibly offered to pay 20000 rupees form me. and after joining pay first month salary. I paid 20000 rupees to him for that he gave me a letter type bill which he wrote with his own hands. I have proof. After few days I realise that this kind of job is not legal and my parents educate me to become knowledgeable person not to be cheater.
I met him to cancel this job process. I thought that he may not refund my 20000 rupees amount so I begin my conversation normally I didn't trust him so I recorded entire conversation with my phone. He told me I will give cheque after getting money from someone who provide job. Next day I mailed him.
He replied reversely that I forced him to provide such type of job.
I have all proof's.

Please sir help me and punish him. He might spoil some other job seekers.
