Sir,
I got a new wireless Broadband connection from Tikona in the month of March 2010 but since then I was not able to get proper connectivity. I called their customercare and register a no. of complain. But they didn't turn arround to solve it. After that on April 26, 2010, I ask them to disconnect the connection and refund my paid amount. Since then they started sending sms to pay the bill for the month of April, May though I have paid till April 2010. After writing a strong mail against their negative respond, they stop sending me mails and sms for paying bills.
It was ok till July. Suddently they started sending me the bills again from the month of July with all the added amount from April 26, 2010 till June 25, 2010. I called them again, they assured me that it will be taken care from next month. I've also return their modem (router). But on Aug 01, 2010 they have send me the bills again for the bill period June 26 2010 to July 25, 2010 added with the previous outstanding.
They are simple charging me for the services that I'm not using. Please need your help to resolve the problem.

This is Arindam Das once again reminding you not to play tricks with your customer
. After an interval of two months, suddenly, today I've receive a bill of Rupees One thousand seventy one and ninty one (Rs. 1071.92) only for the billing period of 26-Apr-2010 to 25-June-2010.
On Apr 26, 2010 I place one request to close my account and collect your modem but after that I was receiving sms to pay the bill. If you check my previous mail I've clearly written that I'm not getting any proper services after paying Rs. 500 + Rs.150 = Rs. 650.00 for the month of March and April 2010. While talking to your customer care today I came to know that the connection is still active. So my question is why it is active till now ? After receiving return mail from Mr. Jaydeep on 17th May, 2010, Ms. Sonam on 17th May, 2010, Ms. Sonali on 8th May and Mr. Isak on 30th Apr, 2010, your customer care is telling me the connection is still active.
Its show how professional and active your organisation is ? Actually this is just cheating your customers.
Why did you send a bill after two month ? Why not on the month of May or June ?
You thought that the person will forgot everything and will pay the bill. How funny !!!
So please remember I'm not going to pay any bill. Once again just refer to my previous mail dated 17-May-2010

This is the last time I'm sending you the mail. Next time I'm going to take action against your company. I'm still receiving SMS for paying the bills. I've already paid Rs. 650.00 (Rs. 500.00 + Rs. 150.00) for the month March and April 2010, though I was unable to use the net. But you didn't showed any responsibilities to solve the problem and charging me for the services that I didn't use.
So please, please unsubscribe my cell no. from your database and don't send any request until and unless you grow up as a professionals and show some responsibilities.
Once again, close my account and send your representative and take back your modem from my residence.

I am using TIKONA at bangalore for last 3-4 moths and found it very good. when i have asked for demo for the first time the person visited to my house, with good knowledge he explained me properly about the plans Tikona is offering.
Separate person came for installation he has tested the equipment and explained me first level troubleshoot. The connection is working very fine with minor problems .sometimes it does not work but as it is wireless serive there always some problem like this.
I was facing slow speed problem when i called up technical help center. Their agents resolved my problem with minor troubleshooting . My wifie is using MAC operating system and i have linux operating system surprisingly call center agents have very GOOD idea about the trouble shooting for LINUX and MAC os.( earlier i used to face problem with my earlier ISP)
I am very mush satisfied with the technical support TIKONA is having and recommend STRONGLY to my friends to go for TIKONA ..

Sub:- Misbehavior & unresponsive feedback from my side.
Dear sir,
as i am having a connection from your tikona digital networks (user id :- 1101867039) with plan xful 849 monthly where i must get speed around 512kbps, but from the 22nd august, 2010 i m getting a very slow speed some times it gain only 268kbps only, there is lots of complaints about my side on your customer care number but i will never get any response from there.
i have some issues which is mention below:-
1. from the one day when i got connection from your company (Lane), nobody came to my home to fix the lane wires properly on walls.... tell me ?
2. from 22nd august to till now i m complaining regularly about my slow speed problem but still from the beginning i have never seen any engineers at my home after started the connection .. Why.....?
3. also i complained so many times i m not getting my monthly bill charges hard/soft bill copy not on my home either mail id address.... why..? is company don't have a number of amount pay to a courier company.
4. I knew i deposited my last bill as a good customer but still not getting a good response n feedback from your side why..? even i never received any call from your offices or customer care department about any feedback.. why....
5. i m paying bill, of rupees 849+ taxes to you for 512kbps speed but i m not getting this speed from the beginning.. why.....?
6. now i need my solutions in 48 hours, coz my issues knew yr all departments from 22nd august, 2010, already 22 days past away n i received a new billing sms from your side, seriously now i m feed up with all your company behaviors so finally i am going to indian consumer court with the power of Indian constitution. hope before that i got all solution about my problems by you.

I would like to start by telling you how pathetic your services really are. I am sure you must be already aware of this fact as I am pretty sure that I am not the only cust who is upset about your poor services!
Ever since I have taken your service, I have had nothing but recurring problems at a regular frequency. Every 2 weeks to a months time, I have to call you guys and make the same complaint. SLOW SPEEDS. This has now become a regular practice for me and your service has become so unreliable that I have decided to disconnect your service. What's worst is that now whenever I call your IVR and dial 1 for technical help, I am by default routed to a Cust Service Exec who only takes a complaint and then says you will receive an SMS in 6 Hours with the resolution time mentioned in it. Is this a JOKE???? Someone is upset that his internet service is not working and wants it fixed immediately and you say wait for 6 hours!!!! And that to only to receive an SMS post that how much longer for a resolution???? So does your customer suffer in the mean time?? Is he not paying for the service???
Coming to second part of this complaint, I had first called your toll free no to lodge a complaint about the slow speed on Monday 23th Aug at 05:00 hrs but your IVR said that you guys work only 8:00 Hrs– 00:00 Hrs. I hence requested for a call back as prompted by your IVR and punched in my mobile no. I then assumed that I will get a call back at the earliest as mentioned by your IVR. I however did not get any call back till date.
Since I did not receive any call back and since the slow speed persisted, I called your toll free no again on Tuesday 24th Aug at 14:15 Hrs and spoke to Yogesh and for some reason he refused to give me his Last name stating that it was against company policy (but strangely your company policy did not stop some of your other agents whom I spoke to later from giving me their last names, so that means that either the policy is different for different agents or Yogesh does not know the policy!!!). After informing Yogesh about my problem, he informed me that he will have to take a complaint and then I would receive an SMS in 6 hrs with the resolution time mentioned in it. I got really upset that firstly I did not get the call back and now I have to wait for 6 hrs jus to know when I can have someone call me for a resolution. So that means your customer who is calling for help not only can't get immediate help but now has to wait for 6 hrs plus to get the issue resolved. I refused to accept this and asked to speak to the manager, to which Yogesh just refused and since I got abusive due to the frustration he hung up on me!
I then dialed again and this time I spoke to Suraj Gadgul who mind you had absolutely no problems in giving out his last name!!! I called him at about 14:22 Hrs and he finally took a complaint and gave me the complaint no: 1-756297674. Since I was so upset, he said that he had referred the case to his seniors and I would get the SMS on priority in 1 hour! I have still not got the sms or call!
I called again the next day on Wednesday 25th Aug at 13:55 hrs since I did not receive the call and spoke to Sheetal Raut who again had absolutely no problems in giving out her last name!!! I gave her the complaint no and she told her that I did not get the sms or call. I also gave her the complaint no and she informed me that there was an update that there was some kind of bandwidth issue. She again then promised me that I will get the sms and call, and not surprisingly this time too I have still not received the sms or call!!!
I seriously feel that you guys are just a bunch of jokers there who do not know how to conduct your business!!! I am dead sure that I will not be making any more payments to you guys till I get your freaking SMS and a call from your freaking technicians who should come and check how pathetic is the speed that guys are offering me after claiming to offer me 750 Kbps speeds!!!!
I don't think you guys should be in this business if you can't offer basic customer service and help. Even your IVR is so hopeless which says dial 1 for technical help but routes you to a customer service exec!!!!
If this issue is not resolved in the next 3 days with appropriate compensation then I will have this service disconnected. I am really hoping that this will be taken seriously else I am going to advertise your shit service all over the broadband blog sites!!!

They promised unemployed people that they will earn Rs.15000 to Rs.30000 per month at home through their register candidate. Their registration charges will Rs.350/- and if you want immediate home base job then they advice for Rs.350+1500 = 1850/- for six month and Rs.350+2500=2850/- for 1 year registration fee. This registration charges are not refundable.
They place ad in newspaper with your mobile number. We have to attained this call and give information about Korporate Executive Search Services, agency which provide candidate part time/home base job or full time call centers job. We have to note down candidate name, number & other details and send to them. These data they will keep it in their database.
My wife was registered with them and they cheated us. We had registered for Rs.350+1500 = 1850/- for six month. We started getting calls. We collect data and provide to them. Now it is 4 months, we did not earn single penny. We are calling them. But we did not getting proper response from them. I am trying to take action against them.
This is really they cheating with peoples. Somebody should take action against with them and banned this company and take them into prison.
