The sales executive Mr. Ayub promised me that he would deliver and install the router within 24hours of the payment. It is been one week now and I still haven't received the router. Despite all my efforts in trying to contact him from last one week, he would not answer any of my calls. This is a matter of serious cheating. Today 26 Jan 2012,I went to big bazaar, Fatima nagar somewhat around at 12.30 P.M with my brother and one friend after we watch movie at Fame located at Fatima nagar. Fame and Big Bazaar are both in one common building, as after we watch movie we 3 went inside big bazaar from upper side which is common entrance of Fame theatre. my bro hold one Aquafina Mineral Water Bottle which is brought from fame at the time of movie intervals. During when we enter the premises of Big Bazaar there were 3 security guards, one male and 2 women standing at the store counter, my brother hold water bottle and enter on that time none of the security didn't say any single words to us, they allow to enter we all after we went for shopping at ground floor we again back to first floor for billing and after billing when we were at checking counter one of the women who were on duty said from where you brought this, where is the bill, and trying to show herself that she done her jobs perfect that she caught the thief....on that time i said it was brought from Fame before we enter here and we enter on this gate after we watch movie. she said no you didn't brought this from outside you have pick it up from inside and you used. after that i call one of the male employer from near by store of Fast track shop, he came and talk to that security till also she said sir if you brought from outside we will surely put a tag on the bottle..on that time i ask to that male employer if there were 3 security in the entrance gate,if they not perform there duty properly why they they were keep after that he said sorry sir for the inconvenience than also that women security said i swear he didn't brought the bottle in his hand, on that time i feel must angry but i said so you mean i am the one who theft the bottle from inside and didn't pay the bill. that time the male employer told me no the bottle was not in yours hand and not in my hand, so sir please leave the shop because other customer got disturb so there were many customers who watch our scene, the employer and that security make us fun and theft in front of many customer, i have witness who watch us as security guard of Fame theatre who is on duty at that time and i can't point out but lots are there after that we 3 came back... and lastly i said to them that so you all make we there in some what way its OK i will see you in court, in paper, I said it because we are not theft and no intention to do so. My question is. 1) Why that security trying to show herself that she perform her duty well,if she is not performing the duty? 2) If we were that thefts why should we hold that bottle in the counter during bill payment? 3) How can and employer says to his customer that the bottle was not in yours hand and not in my hand, so sir please leave the shop because other customer got disturb, 4) If one of the security was on busy with another one then were is that another 2 security who is on duty at the entrance gate? 5) I just want to bring out clear that we are not that one whom they are thinking and behave to us. 6) I want CCTV record regarding our entry and shopping inside the premises of big bazaar because that camera record can show easily we are not thefts and we are right that we brought the bottle from outside before we enter to big bazaar and there was a negligence on the duty of security guards and they are trying to expose us in wrong manner in front of customers. 7) Let them put charges for DEFAMATION U/S 499 of I.P.C 8) I want only right justice from higher authority. Written Memoranda To The Joint Director, Parliament House, New Delhi Sub: To constitute separate Speech & Hearing Council in The National Commission For Human Resources For Health Bill, 2011 under section 41 read with section 2 (k) Sir, Ref to your notification inviting suggestions on the Bill as stated in the above-mentioned subject from the Individuals and organization stated as below Speech language pathologists and audiologists are concerned with the prevention, identification and rehabilitation of children and adults with communication disorders and hearing impairment. Audiologists examine people of all ages and identify symptoms of hearing loss, auditory, balance and related sensory and neural problems. In India the history of this profession is not new and it was first started in 1966 and today there are many Institutions offering speech Pathology/Audiology degrees The Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its decision held in Mewa Ram vs AIIMS 1989 SCR(1) 1957 has categorically held that We fully agree with the above observations and accordingly we hold that in the instant case since the Hearing Therapist and Audiologist both render professional services and there is qualitative difference between the two In developed countries such as Unites states, U.K, Australia etc the audiologists and speech therapists are regulated by their separate Councils such as American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA), British Audiology Academy(BAA),RCCP, Audio logical society Australia etc which regulates the professional and ethics standards which work for the interest of speech and hearing professionals. In India, around 2% of the population is suffering from speech and hearing problems and for their interest of speech and hearing professionals its now essential that there is separate council of the Audiologists/Speech Pathologists which can regulate the professional standards in much efficient manner In the abovementioned Bill, there is no indication of the speech & hearing qualifications in the schedule and its also unfair of putting the Speech & Hearing professional qualifications under the sixth schedule with other paramedical qualifications as Speech & Hearing stream (also called Audiology & Speech Pathology) like Pharmacy, Nursing is being taught at Bachelor, Master and Doctorate Level. In some Institute of India, the post doctoral qualifications are also awarded to the Ph.D holders. Thus its very unreasonable to place the speech and hearing qualifications with paramedical qualifications which are hardly being taught at Master Level Section 2 under head Definitions (k) Discipline of health : Needs to include speech & hearing professional( also called Audiologist & Speech Pathologist) discipline by notification (w) : National Council needs to include separate Speech & Hearing council (x) National Register To insert Register of Speech & Hearing professionals maintained by the Speech & Hearing Council of India Section 4 (2) (a): Needs to add speech & Hearing Discipline for the four whole time members appointed by the Central Govt (b): Needs to add Speech & Hearing discipline for eight time part time members Section 41 : To insert Speech & Hearing Council in subsection (3) of the Act as On the commencement of this Act, the Central Government shall, by notification,constitute the speech & hearing Council of India for the disciplines of Speech & Hearing Professionals Section 53(1): Constitution of the state Council: Need to include (f) the Speech & Hearing Council of .................... To be known as and to work as an Audiologist and Speech language Pathologist one required to have minimum bachelors degree in Audiology and speech language pathology (4 years degree course) from a recognized institute and University or Masters in Audiology and Speech language Pathology (2 years degree course after graduation) more so over individual should have registration from Rehabilitation council of India, New Delhi. Through this petition, we wish to request for the following: 1) In addition to the current in-person transcript request mechanism, Provide an online form where current/ former students of JNTU Hyderabad main campus as well as other affiliated colleges can submit a request for official transcripts 2) Provide a facility for the students/ alumni to pay online for the transcripts using a national/ international debit/ credit cards 3) Define a timeline for processing each request and provide full transparency about the process. Ensure that there are different Service Level Agreements in place (for Urgent, Fast, normal requests) 4) Post the transcripts to the destination of students choice (national/ international addresses). 5) Provide postage choices to the students (Speed Post, Courier, Regular Mail etc) 6) Charge the students an appropriate service charge for the choices made. 7) For any delays in the announced process, provide discount to the students for each day of delay. Please say NO to the proposed Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the multi-brand retail sector. This move will have an adverse affect on small farmers by exploiting them through middle men. The multi-national retail giants like Wal-Mart will definitely replace the local small retailers and kirana shops (see what happened in USA and Europe). Once the MNC retail giants replace the local retailers, there will be very few buyers for the farmers produce and the farmers will be forced to and sell for less money. So the once proudly living farmers will become slaves for these MNC retailers. Companies like Con Agra will come and genetically modify our age old seeds and patent them and sell them back to our farmers. What a pity. We will again go back to the dark age of colonization. Creation of the jobs with FDI is a myth. Most of the jobs created through this channel are nothing less than slavery. See Wal-Mart jobs for example in USA. They work so hard and paid the minimum wages. So in turn we are turning respectable small farmers and small retailers into daily wage workers. This move will also have large affect on the food safety as MNC retailers will not be keen on the food safety but rather keen on making good profits. If they see that Indian goods are costlier they will not fear to import the goods from China. Is this what we want as proud Indians? Did we forget the Swadeshi Movement of Gandhiji?
