Refund of money debited wrongly from my bank account

Sir,

I am hodling salary account in State Bank of India, Nandambakkam-Chennai Tamilnadu. On 2 May 2009 at 19:26. I tried to withdraw amount of Rs. 10,000 from my account. But the transaction is failed but amount of Rs. 10,000 got debited from my account. I missed the mini statement of this transaction. I gave a written complaint to the Branch Operation manager. He raised a request to State Bank of India ATM switch center with Request No. 2648997 for this issue. Later i raised complaint in online State Bank of India complaint cell with complaint No. CC-1246938240125 and i also sent a written complaint. The money was debited three months before but still I didn't get back. I want my money back to my account. I need necessary actions to be taken to get back my money.
