I strongly support this petition. Mr Umashankar is an honest officer, as evident from his discharging of his duties efficiently and from the strong public support he has.
I have personally felt his efficient management in the service of executing the plan of distributing high end laptop's at a nominal price to general public and students when he was in ELCOT (That good plan was also dropped very soon by the ruling party). As evident from a number articles published on this issue, Mr Umashankar has been made a scape goat by the Chief Minister and his family to safe guard their family business. He should certainly be defended, Kindly take necessary action at a rapid pace.
