Petition Against Un-readable Disclaimer on Advertisements

This is a formal complaint against all advertisements, which display UN-READABLE disclaimers in footer of advertisements against their false claims. Most of the advertisements are related to beauty, fashion and health care products, such as Colgate, Sensodyne, Complan, Boost, Revital, Supra-active, Olay, Clinic Active & Head & Shoulder Shampoos etc.

These false claims largely misguide customers to gain their interest in buying the products. Some of the advertisements deliberately using un-readable fonts and styles, while some used to flash on screen for few seconds making them un-readable.

Our complaint’s motto is make specifications like color, font and font size of all such disclaimers being displayed while making claims.

Please also make specifications for heavily AIR-BRUSHING used in almost all beauty products.
