passport office hyderbadad

Dear Sir,

This is Ruchita jain and i have applied for passport on 10 april 2010. And by online status they have granted my passport but they are delaying in despatched it. as per online status they told us that it will be despatched by 20 july. but till today i have not received it any thing.

STATUS : Passport has been granted and is expected to be despatched by 20-07-2010.

Please look in to it as i have request many time that it is urgent for me. and also i'm not getting proper respond your your side. as i'm trying to contact hyderbadad office i'm not at all getting any respond. so i kindly request you to take immediate action on to it.

IF MY PASSPORT IS READY THEN WHY THERE ARE DELAYING IN DESPATCHING
