National Insurance Company making fool to public

Sir, I have done a two wheeler insurance from National Insurance company on 10Feb 08 from Narnaul (haryana). my Vehicle No- RJ-23-SE-0636
After sometimes i was transtered to Bangalore so i took my bike at bangalore.
in Jul 18 the vehicle met with an accident and then i approach to the local office of national insurance company at bangalore to settle down the accident claim but they refuse to do the solve problem, they told that claim will be settled from Rewari (Haryana) office.
so i had repaired by bike on my own money and paid survey fees also from my pocket.
they send my claim to Rewari office and i called up to the rewari office they told me that your claim may be settled within 2 weeks ,
but now they are not giving any proper answer to me .
Since 90 days has been passed my claim has not be settled down , then what could i do?
i think the guilty of Insurance company
