DOUBLE BILLS INSPITE OF INFORMATION

Saleswoman come - gives wrong info - hv to visit office 3/4 times to get card which was working - charge monthly charges separately, which was not informed - when ring up Vodafone office - say to go to the nearest branch - when go to the branch off. say its for free calls made, after 3 months when find the system not good - had to run to the offfice more then 2/3 times - when ring up their call centre - they tell us you have to go to the branch off - we cant do anything here - finally after 3 months - when cancel that particular system am told - the card will start working in 2 hrs - but had to visit 2/3 times - nobody giving proper reply even at the branch - Now after clearing all dues and paying all Billing card - 0n 28/10/2009 and renewing the card to pre-paid by paying Rs 310/- and the card starting after 30/10/09 (was told will start after 2 hrs but had to go again 2 times) - Also receive a Bill for Billing from 11/10/09 to 10/11/09 for Rs 130.10 p.
Now as again - when ring up vodafone - they say system is down - go to your nearest branch - and the branch off no. never picked up - so as ususl have to go to their office - dont know how many times
VODAFONE - A TELEPHONE Co. system down - whenever we ring them up with grievences and what is the use of a call centre - 24 hrs - if they dont hv details or cannot help a client on mobile with any information.
