Hi
I am Sheril Christopher, Engineer from an MNC in Bangalore.
I had opted for purchasing 2 IPL tickets worth Rs.1100/- each through www. ticketgenie.in on 29th Mar 2010, at 12:45 PM for an IPL Match to be held in Bangalore on 10 Ap 2010 (KKR V.s RCB). I chose to pay through ICICI payment gateway using my credit card. once i completed all the entry tobe made, the money got debited from my ICICI credit card, but tickets were not deleivered to my email account. I called up the ticketgenie customer call centre, and they told they require the Bank trasaction Authorization number,which was provided to them it was 991790, they informed me the money willbe refunded bank within 3 working days. It has been 18 days now but no money is refunded to my account and no one recives the call there at Customer call centre. neither the numbers which they have given i website is recieving the calls. Pls help me to get my money back

Customers who have not redeemed the E-Tickets for hard ticket need not do anything, they will get the refund. Online refund process will take 10-15 days. (Me be one of them have been waiting till today, May 24th 2010). I have already sent 3 mails, but no response. Same with their phone. I am now considering taking legal action. |
