Cheating and huge fraud by bag it today

I booked product dated on 31-10-2010 via order no. 900008813 & 24 i.e. Reebok kit (Shoe no.9, track suit large, bag, towel, shocks (credit card payment) and Numero uno watch. i paid through credit card and when i confirmed from my bank, payment is approved to you via approval no.379929 (Rs. 3398/-) and 311038 (Rs. 499/-) dated on 01-11-2010.
Dated on 09-11-2010 i got a call from bag it today that we don’t receive your payment; do punch your credit card again. I request to customer care Representative that I had already done my payment, but he said hurry up do your payment otherwise your order will be cancelled I do the payment again and gave me another order no. 880182653 &54.
2nd time payment was also approved to you via approval no. 348574 (Rs. 3398/-) and 336500 (Rs. 499/-) dated on 09-11-2010 in this way you got the twice payment for one order.
when i takled to bag it today representive they accept my both payment but today dated on 20-11-2010 they said we not confirmed your payment regarding the first order. its totally cheating because my bank and my credit card statement clearly shows the payment.
cancel one order and refund my money as earliest.
The way of talking your representative is not good. they not provide the correct information.
i request the The India Today Group pls shut off the bag it today. its a bad experience with online purchase with you if you wish to stay in this job you must learn first from HOME SHOP 18 group.
